What we collect
When you call us or send a request, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, town and a description of the work. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may also record basic technical data such as your IP address and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your details to connect you with an independent local tree care company that can help with your request, and we share your details with that company for that purpose. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm requests were passed on. We do not sell your information for any other purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by sending a request through our contact form.
