Who will actually do the work?
Worcester Tree Co is a referral service. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent local tree care company that serves your town. They quote and do the work directly with you.
Does it cost anything to call?
No. Calling or sending a request is free, and you’re under no obligation to hire anyone.
How much does tree removal cost?
National data puts most removals between about $400 and $1,200, but size, access and cleanup change the price a lot. See the tree removal cost guide.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree on my property?
Usually not for trees on private property, but some towns have rules for trees near the street, in wetlands buffers or on scenic roads. Check with your town if you’re unsure, and ask your crew.
Can I move or burn the wood?
Be careful: parts of Worcester County are in the Asian longhorned beetle regulated area, which limits moving wood out of the zone. Your crew can haul it away properly.
Who handles branches touching power lines?
Call your utility for lines on the street side. Never touch a branch that’s in contact with a wire.
Which towns do you cover?
